We will ask you general questions that will help us assess your current daily habits, physical activity and diet. Through this 90-minute session, we will help you get started to healthy living.
Follow-up sessions will help you keep track with your health goals, know where you are in your progress, and know what to do next. This session will take around 40 minutes.
