Turmeric ginger paste

Serves: a tablespoon

2 fingers of turmeric

1 finger of ginger

3 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of coconut oil or sunflower

cracked pepper


Using a garlic crusher, crush garlic and turmeric in a frypan.

Add the ginger peeled and chopped.

Cook with oil and cracked pepper till soften.

Keep in the fridge in a small container. keep for a week.




Use it as a condiment at the table or during cooking preparation like stir fry or stew.
