Salade remoulade

Serves: 4

Preparation: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients:

4 Russian tomatoes

1 small celery root

2 carrots

1 cucumber

Parsley

1 tablespoon mustard

1 lemon juice

10 cl thick cream

optional: 1 boiled egg, anchovies, tuna and olives.

Directions

Peel and grate cucumber, carrot and celery.

Combine with chopped parsley.

Mix mustard, cream and lemon juice.

On each plate add vegetables, quarters of tomatoes and sauce.

Notes

Add some options to get a more balanced salad on a weight loss program.

Salad are always higher in vitamins as the vegetables are raw and freshly used, perfect as a starter or a meal on its own for a weight loss program and liver support. If breastfeeding replace parsley by lettuce or arragula.
