2 tablespoon of plain greek yogurt
3 tablespoon almond meal (if nut allergic use desiccated coconut)
3 tablespoon white rice flour
2 tablespoons of brown sugar (optional)
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 teaspoon raising powder
1 vanilla pear in syrup (better homemade, boil a pear with vanilla till tender)
1 small tablespoon of milk chocolate button (optional)
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
Mix all ingredients except the pear and chocolate
Pour in a silicon baking dish
Add diced pear on top and chocolate buttons
Cook for 25 minutes
Another sweet gluten free treat. You can use other fruits like berries or apples, light in texture it always please everybody!
