Homemade tapenade

100 gr of black olives

1 teaspoon of anchovies

1 teaspoon of capers

1 garlic clove



Add all ingredients in a food processor and mix.



No need to salt as anchovies and cares are already salty.

Serve on crackers or as a dip with carrots, cucumber, tomatoes or celery stick.

I use it on onion pie or in salads too.

You can add some herbs or even moringa leaves to add some goodness and why not a bit of chilly:)

Tapenade is rich in omega 3 and omega 6 in the right balance. Preserves your arteries and help lowering cholesterol level. High in iodine which is essential for thyroid health and therefore boost our immune system. High in phytochemical it is a good antioxidant too!
