Cooking: 10 minutes

Total time: 15 minutes.

1 kg of strawberry (or other fruits)

1 apple

2 tablespoons of brown sugar (optional)

1 lemon juice

chosen flavoured: vanilla, rosewater, 1 tablespoon of cardamon, orange flavour…

Cook your empty pots in a hot oven for 15 minutes to sterilise them.

Cook diced strawberries, diced apples, sugar (OPTIONAL), lemon juice and flavour for 10 minutes till well cooked and mashed.

Pour in pots and airtight lock them.

Keep in the fridge as their sugar content is lower than other confiture they can not conserve too long (should be ok for 3 months but they usually disappear really fast!)

You can use them as spread on bread, with yogurt or in baking!
